In response to the growing construction market in Mtwapa, we extended our operations into Nyali. This expansion included the development of two key projects: Clay Apartments and Nyali Luxury Apartments, both located on Gichanga Road in Nyali. Greenwood Gardens Maisonettes – Mtwapa

In addition to our ventures in Nyali, the successful Mtwapa Luxury Project paved the way for the development of Greenwood Gardens, which consists of three phases. Phase One is located in Ndonya, Phase Two is positioned conveniently near the Mombasa Malindi Highway, and Phase Three extends towards the historical Jumba Ruins.
